Just letting those of you who might be reading, but not on my friends list, that I often make friends only posts (and more and more it seems), so if you'd really like to get to know me, feel free to drop me a message here and I might just add you. Thanks! :-)

Hi everyone! Are there any of you out there who have ever made your own little web site, but aren't web designers? I have a friend who is looking to make his own web pages for stuff that he is selling. I only really know how to make stuff from scratch from a web designer's point of view, which is handy, but not helpful for what he needs. Do any of you know if there is a service or some sort of free website place that will give you free hosting and have some sort of easy WYSIWYG interface to create simple pages visually, without html or programming? Thanks in advance!! :-) Mon, Oct. 19th, 2009, 10:11 pm For sale stuff!

I put up some stuff for sale that David is selling a couple days ago. Well, I updated it with actual prices this time and he added a couple more things to it.... so if you'd like to have a look click here.

 First married kiss. :-)
Hoorah! We're married. We're leaving for Canada soon. See you in a couple weeks! :-) Thank you everyone for your support and love! Our day was very special. Yay!!

Hi everyone! I know I've been kind of MIA and I promise I will have lots of things to say after things are done being crazy over here. But, I wanted to pop by with a little spam before I go to bed. I'm still having a 15% off sale on my Etsy shop! It will run until the day before my wedding. At which point, I will be putting the shop on vacation mode while I go away for my honeymoon. So, get stuff now while the gettin's good, because you won't be able to shop my store for a big chunk of September! PLUS, it's all 15% off and there are a bunch of sale items in there too! YAY! Help send us on our honeymoon so we don't have to sleep at truck stops and eat french fries the whole time. ;-) I have lots of jewelry, herbal hot/cold packs, cloaks, tarot pouches, original art prints and magnets! Thanks for putting up with my spam!!

I'm walking in the Relay for Life this weekend on my family's team, Happy Chappy. Happy Chappy was my grandfather's nickname, because he was always smiling. Pop (that's what we called him) passed away when I was a child because of cancer. Our team is named in his memory. Besides Pop, many others in my family have been afflicted with cancer. My grandmother who I never met, also passed away from cancer, before I was born. My middle name is named after her. My other grandmother, who is still with us, is a survivor of stomach cancer. Two of my aunts are cancer survivors as well. I have a cousin who is also a cancer survivor. I think the people who got cancer later on have had a better chance of survival because of the great leaps medicine has taken in fighting it. But, there is even still a long way to go. I'm walking in the relay to raise money to continue to find ways to prevent, treat and hopefully cure cancer. If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation, you can do so easily online on my page for my team, Happy Chappy - Click Here!Thank you so much!! :-)

Happy Father's Day to all you fathers out there! I hope you have a wonderful day. :-)

Sat, May. 30th, 2009, 07:24 pm Relay for Life

Hi Everyone! I hope you don't mind a little spam. I'm doing my annual Relay for Life walk with my family's team, Happy Chappy at the end of June. Our team is named for my grandfather, who's nick name was Happy Chappy and died of cancer when I was 6 years old. Cancer is unfortunately pretty prevalent among people in my family (2 who passed away and 4 survivors), so the Relay has been a special event for my family for several years. If you would like to make a tax deductible donation to my team (no obligations), there is a website where you can donate online here: http://main.acsevents.org/site/TR/RelayForLife/RFLFY09NE?px=3608244&pg=personal&fr_id=16309Many thanks for your help! :-)
Jumping on the boat. Figured I'd answer too. Hooray! I believe that monogamy is right for me and my fiance. But, it might not be right for other people. Whatever you think works best for you and your partner(s) should be what you do. Just as long as there is trust and a common ground to work with.

I do I do! One of the two dances we did at the first Pioneer Valley Tarab event, last Saturday. I'm in the front right of the screen (purple hip scarf). Well...it's not too bad, but I can see where I can make improvements now! Too much bouncing and not quite enough isolation. LOL. What can I say? I'm a bouncey person.

Come see me jiggle my belly tonight! I'll be doing a couple of short dances with my belly dance class at the first Pioneer Valley Tarab drum and dance night at In Spirit Common in Hadley, MA. This will become a monthly event. It starts at 7:00 and we'll be going on around 8:00. Admission is $5. This is my first belly dance performance, so be nice. ;-)
